|Recommended: YesSolid rooms, great location, awesome staff — I'd recommend CH for anyone who goes to Drexel or Penn or works in this area. The rooms are pretty nice, spacious enough. It's close to the L, a bus and a trolley route. Solid food options around. Staff are A , super helpful and chill af.
Some cons, the elevators make horrifying noises and have been OOS a few times this year wifi is mid kitchen is tight for even one person. And there was one break-in to the mailroom, but they are working on a locker dropbox kinda thing apparently.

|Recommended: YesBest bang for buck available — Old building and you can tell but for the price and size of the building, along with the safetiness of the apartment complex, I do not think there is a better option.

|Recommended: YesCarriage House Review — It's a nice place to live. Few downsides -- usually just bad-looking construction in halls and a few noise issues early in the morning.
Hey Christopher, thanks for taking the time to write this!
We are expecting a renovation next summer, and the halls should look much better after this is complete. As far as the noise in the morning that is because our apartments all have fire doors per code, which stop fire from spreading into the apartments. Unfortunately this means the doors are heavy, and loud when they close. I understand how this can be frustrating in the morning especially, but it is worth it for everyone's safety.

|Recommended: YesGreat first apartment for off campus college grad student — In my first month living here the staff has taken the time to get to know me and make me feel at home, and the security is huge plus. My studio is spacious and the courtyard is a wonderful feature. You can hear your upstairs neighbor walking around but that is it. My only complaint has been that fixing some issues with the apartment has taken awhile, but I think that is just due to the limited maintenance staff, however they are very nice when you place a work order request. I recommend this place if you are looking for an off campus apartment or are planning on living alone.

|Recommended: YesGreat improvements — I’ve been here for about five years now I believe and with each year the place gets better and better. There is constant upkeep and maintenance being done and everyone in the leasing office is very helpful. You can clearly hear people in the hallways even if they aren’t loud. I can hear the elevator in my apartment and it’s at the end of a hall. Sometimes you can hear people in neighboring apartments but that’s rare. Overall I recommend this place
