Log on to Resident Portal to submit a ticket.

What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?

There is a $75.00 fee for all lockouts, they will call the office phone after hours and hit option 3 for emergency maintenance

What maintenance is a resident responsible for? (i.e. changing fire alarm battery/changing lightbulbs/etc.)

Fire Alarm Batteries.

Does your property offer on-site parking?

No. 

Is your property pet-friendly?

Yes.

Do you offer furnished units?

Yes. 

Which utilities are included in my rent?

Electricity, gas, internet/cable, water, sewage, and garbage.

Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?

Yes.

How long does it take for an application to be approved?

Depends on background and credit check usually within minutes.

What are my options for paying my rent?

Resident Portal, Check, Cashiers Check & money order.

How can I renew?

Log on to your portal under documents, click on "renewal offer", read and sign. If there are any additional questions please come to the leasing office and talk to the leasing manager about your renewal offer.
